Well, charcuterie is actually smoked meat and yes, we have some available for purchase.  We do create one of a kind charcuterie and cheese plates using all sorts of accompaniments from nuts and chocolate to fruits and vegetables.  We create grazing tables and individual boxes for special occasions.  We even deliver charcuterie and have a charcuterie box subscription for those who make their!

Our vendors buy into the shop.  Creating a place for their products to be available to the public.  The shop works to help small batch artisans and entrepreneurs with their dreams and get their product to the public!

It isn't necessary unless it is a special occasion or during the week.  On the weekend we can prepare a board within 20 minutes depending on the size.  They can be prepared for here or to go. We can also call you when it is ready and you can walk around town.
